Blue River (Suzhou) Food Co., Ltd. is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu. It is currently one of the few professional chocolate factories in China designed and built according to Belgian chocolate production standards. It was designed by the designer of Belgian Bart Mahieu Plus. It was built by Actemium of Belgium, using machinery and equipment imported from Belgium and Germany, and officially put into production in 2009.
